Terror Level Red ===========
The U.S. Government has issued
a Terror Level Red Alert.
Red is the HIGHEST level of alert.
It means to be EXTRA vigilant for destructive acts. It is the most serious of alerts.
The American public was upset
after the September 11th attacks. They were upset at the attackers and they were later upset that the U.S. Government
didn’t take heed to the warnings.
Failure to heed warnings often results in disaster.
I estimate the combined
death toll from acts attributed to terrorists against the U.S. total less than 5,000 for the past 20 years with the
September 11th attack the bulk of the number. The next largest total was the 1983 attack against the marine barracks
in Beirut which killed 241.
Attack in any form is just as deadly so the government has wisely issued alerts so that
its citizens will not be caught off guard.
5,000 people is a huge number any way you count it but there is an even
greater terror which threatens us; thus the Red Alert.
Consider these facts of terror:
More
people will die in one week from cigarettes (370,000 per year, over 1,000 per day) than ALL of the U.S. deaths attributed to
terrorists in the last 20 years. That's just in ONE WEEK!
100,000 die each year from cancer attributed to being overweight. That's
more per day than those who died in the Beirut bombing and that's just cancer and doesn't count heart and other diseases.
Cancer
is the leading cause of death for those under 85.
Nearly 50% will die from cardiovascular disease (heart attacks, strokes,
etc.).
It's epidemic and the death toll is rising. The government is desperately trying to warn us.
We are
not listening.
When you pray over as many prayer requests as I do, you feel the devastation of cancer, the loss
of a loved one, the despair of reduced mobility and life due to major illness. It is real but unless you are famous,
your case won't make the news. Each one of us knows someone who has been affected by these agents that cause terror
in our lives.
With an official alert comes directions on what to do.
These are the top four things the government
has told us to do to prevent the terror of cancer, the terror of heart disease, and the crippling and terrible effects
of strokes. These four things not only wards those terrorists off, but it helps to keep away every other major disease.
Yes,
it is shocking to hear of plane crashes and bombings but let your doctor tell you that you have cancer.
You'll soon
find terror taken to another level than what you see on the news.
It's personal.
So what are the four things
the government has told us to do?
1. Eat at least five servings of fresh
fruits and vegetables daily.
2. Exercise 30 to 60 minutes at least four days a week.
3. Get and maintain your
weight at a healthy level.
4. Stop smoking.
Those minimum recommendations are echoed by the medical profession and
natural health practitioners.
The problem is that the majority of adults (and now children and teenagers) won't
follow the advice.
Even among those who don't smoke, most still don't follow ANY of the other three.
The
increasing rate of disease is killing more and more.
The public was upset because the government may not have heeded a
few warnings among thousands. What about when there are four clear and unquestioned warnings about terrorists that you
KNOW are in your area and the facts say they WILL likely attack you?
It is a clear and present danger.
The
terror is increasing and YOU and only YOU have the power to reduce these terrorist's operational ability in your world.
What
you have "Bin Doing" is going to affect you much more than "Bin Laden."
The response is not up to the President,
Homeland Security, the CIA, the FBI, the police, or the military.
It's personal.
